Shipping & Returns

• Free UK shipping on all orders. Prices always include VAT.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during busy periods or public holidays.
• All watches are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Hour.
• Stock is normally held in our UK warehouse. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you by email with replacement or cancellation options.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your SCMT Watches purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear or alteration.
• Returned in original, resalable condition with any tamper seals intact.
• All packaging and accessories included (boxes, tools, spare straps, etc.).
• If a stainless steel bracelet was adjusted, removed links must be reinserted.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from scmtwatches.co.uk.

• Your order number
• Date of purchase
• A photo of the watch and all accompanying packaging and accessories

Once received, our support team will reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.

• Exchanges for higher-value products require payment of the price difference.
• Returns outside the 30-day window may not be accepted. Please contact us to discuss.
• In rare cases, replacement orders may take up to 30 days to complete.
