Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your SCMT Watches purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- ✓ Unworn and in original, resalable condition.
- ✓ All tamper seals and protective films must be intact.
- ✓ All packaging and accessories included.
- ✓ Bracelets must be unadjusted with no links removed.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from scmtwatches.co.uk.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email our support team at hello@scmtwatches.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the watch in its original packaging.
Our team will reply within 1 to 2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) and full instructions.
